Do you ship internationally?

-Currently we do not ship internationally. Toy Cove only sell toys exclusively in Bermuda.

What are your operating hours?

-We operate Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays)

Do you deliver?

-Yes we do home deliveries. Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Monday - Saturday will be delivered same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. Monday - Saturday will be delivered next day. After placing your order a confirmation email will be sent to you . For efficiency please make sure you provide correct email address and working phone number.

How can I pay for my order?

-Toy Cove accepts both cash on delivery and online bank transfers as payment methods.

How can I collect my pick-up order?

-Once you've selected the 'pick-up' option during checkout we will send further instructions directly to your email in regards to pick-up time and location.
